Arsenal's Asia Tour 2011- Malaysia

19th of July 2011, Tuesday...

So it was last Wednesday when the Gunners visited our national stadium- Bukit Jalil after some 12 years from their previous visit. It was no doubt every fans' dream to have the opportunity to meet their stars in reality, so am I :) Some 60,000 fans were entertained in the stadium cheering and everyone went into ecstasy!

So this post will be more of some photos for this entire wonderful 4 days 3 night phenomena,enjoy :D

First up, it was a surprised to know only on the night before I fly, that Yaw and Ivy will be on the same flight as mine! At first I thought it would be my first ever flight to be on my own, but miracle did happen, nyahahaaa!


Shit happened when our flight was delayed twice -,- which was about an additional hour of waiting and grumbling in the departure lounge, GAAAAAH! Good thing that the two were there to keep me accompanied, or else I think I would be emo boy all alone :O

The next morning was the time when I had my additional special event pass held in Mid-Valley from Hwa, followed by the training session in the evening.

Man, they were just soooo close to us! So yeah, I was just one step away from these 4 players and they looked way WAY handsome than they are in the TV! AWW <3

Okay, time to Bukit Jalil for training session. It was all free seating for this session, so then we seized opportunity and sat ourselves as close to the pitch as possible :)

was there around 5pm when the sun was just scorching hot! But it was all worth the wait :D

The Arsenal's mascot Gunnersaurus Rex was soooo cute! HAHAAA! He was one of the gunners who was so friendly and who came so close towards us. So yeah, his photo is the clearest among all the others @_@

I have no regrets for making this trip down to KL for this match which I've anticipated for some time! But there is actually one, which was not having a good camera with me when I needed the most, to capture the awesome moment that might take years to happen once again :( Thats my only grieve...

Well, it was time to fly back to KB as a happy boy! Just when I thought I would be all alone like AGAIN! This time around, another special guest who he was just seated right beside me! How on earth could that happen!!!

Tok Bali, yet again :)

18th of July 2011, Monday...

When you have a bunch of friends gathered together during semester break, there are always brilliant plans that came around for some sort of gathering and reunion session :D This time around, we've decided to make another visit to Tok Bali, which is a famous place with its beautiful sandy beaches and resorts...

Our so called brilliant plan was actually to drive there and hoping to get a nice view of the sun rise, sounds nice aite? Well the place itself is actually located some 45 minutes away from the city and in order to be there before the sun rises, we took off around 5 in the morning :D

Had a nice yum cha session around 12am with the gang before heading to a friend's place where we planned to chillax before departure. At first we were all so tired that we wanted to have some rest but it turned out to be something fun! Photos session, some stupid games and some heart-to-heart-talk session, aww~

I've never had my breakfast at 5am in the morning in my life, besides I've never had McD as my breakfast as well. That day, we did exactly all those. So yeah, had lotsa fun until it was about 5am in the morning, then we pushed off to McD for breakfast before heading there.

Finally there when it was bout 6am. Waited bout an hour but the sun just refuse to show up =X Ended up taking pictures of ourselves but not the sun rise scene or whatsoever,LOL!

Though we were all physically and MENTALLY drained but what was worth was the quality time spent and the sense of togetherness that we had...

17th of 2011, Monday...

One could be the busiest guy or gal when it comes to his or her big day, and same thing happened to me yesterday as well :) That could probably be the the one and only day where you receive most calls and sms'es and also wall post via FB :3

Fact is, after 19 years of life, perhaps this year would be the best birthday of mine! Being able to celebrate with mom and dad alongside and also a bunch of buddies... what more could I say?

First surprise for that particular day happened when Pang, Sheon, Zhe and May came to my house in the middle of the rainy night as if they wanted to fetch me out some where while I was with my pyjamas, LOL! But eventually they brought the cake and sang me the birthday song, that's so sweet of you guys *sniff sniff*

Opps...

Though its just two simple cupcakes with 2 lollipop poked on each of it, but its the 'heart' that matters the most :')

Besides, it just feels great to see all the birthday wishes, be it a phone call or a text message, or even if its just a simple post via FB. You humans know who you are aite ;)

Oh, received a few surprise phone calls which really, REALLY made my day :D One of the calls was from the classmates who phoned me 6am in freaking morning when they actually reached the peak of Broga Hill -,- annoyed by the call but it was indeed a lovely one :')

Another one was actually made by a friend who we never spoken before to each other until the birthday song that she sang to me with her cute to the max voice right before 12am :)

Apart from that, the yum cha session before it turned to be 17th of July was just awesome when everyone including mom and dad was there, celebrating my big day!

Best dream came true, EVER :D

15th of July 2011, Friday...

Having a dream come true is like the feeling of being able to fly up high in the sky like a bird and... Okay I don't know what am I blah'ing actually ~,~

I just had mine came true few days back when I was able to actually see my beloved Gunners in real, and some were like, so CLOSE to me!! It is certainly one of the best day of my life :')

The initial plan was actually to follow mom and dad all the way from KB to Bukit Jalil for the match, but for some reasons the plan was somehow called off. But that didn't stop a die-hard Arsenal fan from fulfilling his dream. So yea, bought flight tickets and made a trip down to KL jusssst for the match ;)

Supposedly I was just up to the training session and the actual match itself and those would be more than enough for me but because the friend Chung Hwa who had a special event pass which comes complimentary with the purchase of the latest Arsenal jersey couldn't make it due to his delayed examination, I was the lucky who has the unexpected gift! :D

The event was held in the exhibition center of Mid-Valley where hundreds of people were waiting around the entrance. But then it was just some 200 people who have the pass to enter, which I was one of them ;)



For that particular event, only Walcott, Song, Wilshere and Szczesny were there for some press conference session. But it was awesome enough when I first saw them, I was like "OMG, THEY ARE SO REAL!" Those 4 players were the ones that got SO close to me that I was just one step away from them when they walked pass in front of me!

Later on, it was time to make a move to stadium Bukit Jalil where the training session was held. The training session was actually starting at 7 but we were there since 5 in order to get the best view possible :) Wenger was the one who led the coaches and staffs out and it was screaming and yelling all over the stadium. Then followed by the players who came out to entertain all we Arsenal fans with some one and a half hour of fantastic training session. Among them, Wenger, Walcott and Arsenal's mascot- gunnersaurus were those who came so close towards we fans :D

Next day and it was the long anticipated match between Malaysia XIand Arsenal! Being a patriotic and loyal fan of Arsenal, I was there at the stadium some 4 hours before the match which was 5pm! There were crowds all over the stadium as expected... Thank god I was early enough to be in front of the queue before it started to get longer and longer :)

When they finally allow us to go pass the entrance around 6pm, one by one we ran towards the stadium because it was actually free seating and yeah I got myself the ideal place :) Then it was some 2 and a half hour of stoning session for me cus I was seated with a bunch of fans from Indonesia, lol! They were kinda patriotic towards Arsenal when I got to know that most of them actually came all the way from Indonesia just for the match! How nice~

The match started with the coaches and players coming out from the tunnel and the stadium was instantly erupted with cheers and vuvuzelas! By that time, I can really feel the passion of thousands of football fans including mine! I was so high when the crowd were all into ecstasy!


About the match detail itself, well you would probably like to watch some highlights on the TV rather than seeing my words, don't you? :D

What I wanna say now is, I truly enjoyed the entire process, not just the training session and the match itself
but also the sense of anticipation that I have had every moment, the passion that I found in myself towards the club, and also the atmosphere that I've experienced in and out of the stadium...It was truly by far the BEST dream ever came true!

11th of July 2011, Monday...

When ones get too bored, its the time when ones' brain get vulnerable against shitty stuff that is happening around, and that was exactly what happened to me last night, got mood swung and it sucked a lot... Memory can be very bitchy at times, especially those sweet ones :(

Well, F all the bullshits and lets talk about something that is worth for a smile :)

In the near future of less than 24 hour it will be dream come true to be able to witness my stars doing their training just right in front of my eyes! MAN! I can hardly believe that I have just less than 24 hours to actually meet them in reality!




Few years back it was ManU who visited Malaysia and am pretty sure many of the fans in Malaysia had their dream came true, this time around its finally my turn XD

Excited much but at the same time am pretty upset for the fact that not exactly ALL of the Gunners will be present. Among the players are... Clichy who made a move to ManC last week. Eboue who suffered an injury. And the most importantly, Cesc is the one whom am pretty upset when I saw his name was ruled out for the fixture, our beloved skipper who has a minor hamstring problem :(

Few days back, Cesc wrote on twitter saying that he would "make it up" by saying: "Im sorry to all the fans in Asia that I wont be on the tour. After just returning from Indonesia I know how special u all are. Ill make it up." I don't think its likely to happen tho ~,~

How much I wish I could see him on this upcoming game or else I would never have the chance I guess... Cesc is on the move to the Spanish giant-Barca, and its just the matter of time until he's actually off :(

Flight will be at 5.10pm and I thought it would be my first ever trip back to KL all alone but surprisingly a friend of mine-Yaw will be on the same plane with me which we found out only by yesterday, LOL... Coincident much!

I shall have my next update on Thursday night when am back in KB, am sooooo gonna enjoy my upcoming days :D

Apparently life's good as what my new blog tittle is showing ;)

Enjoying every single day of my time at home. May it be a sporty day where I went for futsal, or may it be family's day where I spent most of my time with mom and dad. Either way its good and am enjoying :D

Talking bout spending some quality time with mom and dad, it is the time where I cherish the most because that could only be done whenever am back in Kelantan, otherwise they will have to make a trip down =X

Got the chance to capture this while was having lunch with mom and dad...

2 phone calls at once, during lunch hour... How's that =/

Well you could probably see this happens on dad all the time even when its on his day off... Sometimes the clients just won't give a shit on people's privacy -,- But dad has barely utter a single grieve of his even with such a busy schedule at almost every single day...

I know its not easy by having the responsibility of being a dad, and its even tougher to be a responsible dad... Its never easy, I know... That's why I love you dad <3


Besides, outings with buddies is also a must which I did almost every single night after family dinner :) Yum Cha session...

Went for DoTA session after that, had fun with the one and a half hour game... Thanks to Hoo Pan Yen's stunning effort :D WE LOST THE GAME IN SOME STYLE YO! :3

7th of July 2011, Friday...

Whenever am back in Kelantan, one thing is for DAMN sure... That is I will never get the chance to even feel hungry! =X

My first meal for everyday usually starts with my brunch, the mom would probably get my something to eat as my so called tea-time. Then followed by dinner time which will normally be a pretty heavy one, especially when its dad's friend who will be paying the bill. Well am always that Mr.Popular among dad and mom's friends that they would always treat me for dinner whenever am back :P

Last but not least, yum cha session is a must... So yeah, is there any chance for me to even have a rest? Somehow tea-time isn't always necessary cus mom would probably get me my favorite food almost ANYTIME <3

Had my dinner on the second day in KB with the Suria Mas gang since most of the other friends were busy with their own dinner and stuffs, so yeah... We went for the once BEST chicken chop in town

This was ONCE the best chicken chop that you could get in town, not that nice anymore tho :(

5th of July 2011, Tuesday...

Finally, am done with the first semester of degree and there will only be 5 remaining semesters before it comes to an end, how much I wish that it could be extended =X

Well, its good to be home... Seeing mommy and daddy, healthy as they are... Am happy :)

Today was indeed one of the busiest day of mine after so long, busy in the sense that am on the phone texting, replying on FB walls and chat-box and MSN, blah blahh~

Time to head to bed, night peeps, cheers :3

Breakfast failed, LOL!

4th of July 2011, Monday...

As mentioned on the previous post that it will be an epic update for the following post, it may not be epic for you, but for me yeah :)

Well it so happened that Saturday night was a long LONG night for me... 3am and A friend of mine actually popped my FB chat-box and there goes the 2 hours of conversation. Initially we were just sort of FB hi-bye friend? But now we're like SO friend, which is SO good to have known another friend, happy =)

Just when she was about to head to bed another friend of mine came popping on the chat-box. This time around its Rachel Ng, HAHAHAAA! It was around 4am and yeah, she was up initially just for to go for toilet but ended up updating her tweet which then leads to our conversation in FB that lasted for another 2 hours, LOL!!

Well, we then decided to have breakfast together around 10am reason because we were both starving after talking bout foods during the conversation, LOL!! It so happened that the so called BREAKFAST session was somehow postponed to lunch hour, which was around 3pm... ROFL!

I swear that it was seriously one of the days that I laughed-out-loud the most throughout my life! She is really a person who is capable of laughing at almost ANYTHING and at the same time, she stones like 24/7 XD
